I'm not here to impose specific workouts or diets on you or dictate what should be important in your journey. Together, we focus on what matters to you, incorporating effective nutrition programming to help you feel your best.
Available as 1, 2, or 3 times per week, you will receive personal training sessions tailored to your fitness goals and requirements. Each session is generally an hour long, but all packages can be customized to fit your goals and budget, including tailored nutrition programming.
Outside of our personal training sessions, you will receive a personalised workout plan designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. This plan is sent directly to your phone through an app called Everfit, which tracks your progress each session and allows us to monitor how your workouts are going. It includes videos of all the exercises with reps and sets, ensuring you always know exactly what you need to be doing, and can be complemented with nutrition programming for optimal results.
After our initial consultation, we will discuss how to achieve your fitness goals and set up a nutrition plan that aligns with those objectives. Rather than providing a specific meal plan, our approach focuses on intelligent nutrition programming, allowing flexibility in your diet while still supporting your fitness goals through effective personal training.
