After completing my Undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science, I earned my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and have been working in personal training for over 2 years now, helping a variety of people improve their fitness goals and reach their desired outcomes.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I held various roles - Football Coaching, Disability Support Worker, Health and Wellbeing Advisor, Physiotherapy Support work, and Hospitality. Throughout my career, my focus has been on providing positive 1:1 support to help individuals achieve their goals, whether that means recovering after surgery, improving ball control, or even getting someone's order right!
All of these experiences have shaped me into a better personal trainer. I’m not here to make you feel bad about not training the optimal way or eating something that isn't in your meal plan. My role is to meet you where you are and assist you in becoming a happier, healthier person. This approach involves being more active, following a more nutritious diet, and still enjoying socializing with friends and relaxing around food. Additionally, I offer online coaching tailored to your unique fitness goals, ensuring you have the support you need, no matter where you are.
