Frequently Asked Questions for Coaching & Training
Starting a fitness journey often comes with plenty of questions, and that is completely normal. No, that’s the whole point! I’m here to meet you where you are now and help build towards your goals. We can do 30/45 minute sessions if needed, and we can tailor the online coaching to accommodate shorter training sessions
We don’t provide full meal plans primarily because they’re so hard to stick to! The way we support your nutrition is through working through your current diet to see where we can make small tweaks to your eating habits that lead to your goals without being completely unrealistic to your lifestyle.
Firstly, we operate on a 24hour cancellation policy, so the more notice I have the more likely we’ll be able to reschedule it.
If there’s no way to fit a session in one week, it will carry over. Sessions must be used within 3 months unless agreed otherwise.
Sessions are calculated over a 48 week year, meaning there is room over the year to miss 4 weeks of sessions (to accommodate illness, holidays, Christmas, etc.)
I am a fully certified Level 3 Personal Trainer with an Undergraduate Degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
