Online fitness coaching breaks your workouts and nutrition down into detail, meaning you know exactly what you need to do and when to do it. With personalized workout plans, videos of exercises, reps and sets shown, and nutrition programming straight to your phone, alongside weekly check-ins and a monthly video call, you're set up to achieve your goals.
Outside of our sessions, you will be set up with a personalized workout plan to follow, which complements your online fitness coaching experience. This plan is sent directly to your phone through an app called Everfit, allowing us to monitor your progress each session and track how your workouts are going. It includes videos of all the exercises with reps and sets, ensuring you always know exactly what you need to be doing. Additionally, we can incorporate nutrition programming to further enhance your results.
After our initial consultation, we will discuss how to achieve your body composition goals and create a personalized workout plan along with a nutrition programming strategy to help you work towards that.
Instead of a rigid meal plan, we emphasize intelligent nutrition programming to provide flexibility in your diet while still aligning with your fitness goals through our online fitness coaching.
Once a week, there will be an online check-in to complete that provides me with key information to tweak your nutrition programming and personalized workout plans as needed, ensuring they work for you.
We also have a monthly video call to dive deeper into how best I can support you through online fitness coaching, discussing what has worked so far and what you need to continue achieving the results that matter to you.
