Have been working out with Ollie for three months now and would highly recommend him as a PT.

The sessions are challenging but not overstretching; dare I say fun at times?! The workouts he sets between sessions hold me accountable and keep me on track to achieve my goals.

Ollie’s knowledge has helped me to understand my body more – such as weight and water fluctuations at different times and following different foods etc; and it’s long term consistency that will bring me my results.
