I have been training with Oli for around 18 months now. I’ve never stuck with exercise regularly for so long before. Having a PT session every week helps me keep focused.

I’ve improved so much in various exercises and the sessions also help me to talk through issues I’m having with motivation or eating the right foods.

Oli is a great PT but also makes the sessions relaxed and fun.

I don’t think I would’ve stuck to it for so long without having the variety and seeing the progress.
