Using this app and working with Ollie has been the most in control I’ve felt about my weight and health since training for a half marathon over ten years ago. I’ve always struggled with my weight and never stuck to a diet plan or exercise regime for long. Ollie’s quick check-ins have helped keep me on track. I’m lighter and healthier than I have been since pre-covid. The training regime is accessible and challenging but not overwhelming, Ollie’s knowledge on nutrition has really helped educate me a out my calorie intake and macros. All in all, great!
