I’m new to exercising and had no idea what I could be doing to improve my fitness or where to start. Ollie has been able to implement some manageable lifestyle changes and workouts for me in a short space of time, which has me feeling stronger and more energised. I haven’t had to make any crazy changes to my normal routine, and the sessions are flexible around my work schedule.

The process has been simple and enjoyable – would highly recommend Ollie as a PT!
